SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping Costs:
- For orders between £0 and £35.99, the shipping fee is £2.99.
- For orders of £36 and above, shipping is free.
- We partner with major international carriers like FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, who work with local couriers to deliver your package directly to you. We're proud to offer fixed shipping fees for your convenience.
- Our delivery time is between 5-14 days; you'll receive a tracking number within 24 hours of your order being shipped. The delivery date is determined by the carrier and customs authorities.
- Charges will be applied at the time of order placement. All payments are subject to verification and approval before shipment, which may take a few days to process. To prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or those requiring additional verification may experience delays or be canceled.
Shipping Process:
- We begin processing your order immediately, so no changes (including address changes) can be made once your order is placed. We will only ship to the address you provided at checkout. You will only be charged for shipped items, along with any applicable shipping and tax fees.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
- We ship on weekdays only, excluding weekends and holidays.
- We typically require 1-2 business days to process your order. Some items may take longer, especially during holidays (up to 10 days) or if your order contains popular items facing stock issues. Orders will be shipped as soon as the item’s availability is confirmed.
- If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates, depending on the locations of the production partners.
Delivery:

Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is between 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination country or region. Specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

- United Kingdom: 5-14+ days
- Note: The above estimates are in business days. While we will do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, we cannot be held responsible for factors beyond our control, such as postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, bad weather, labor disputes, protests, etc. These circumstances may cause delays beyond our original estimated delivery times.
Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees:
- International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs clearance fees, which will be charged when the shipment reaches the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. liebhabenes has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any applicable import duties and return shipping costs.
- Customs regulations vary widely from country to country. If you have questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages:
- liebhabenes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered to your address but you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim with the respective carrier.
- Note: We use the timestamp information from the tracking link and the carrier’s delivery confirmation when processing damage or return requests. If your issue is not reported in a timely manner, we may not be able to honor your claim.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer:
- It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct before placing the order. Once the order is submitted, we immediately begin processing it, and no changes can be made. If the order has already been processed by our shipping department, we cannot modify the address.
