RETURN POLICY

Orders and Cancellations:

We accept order cancellations within 24 hours before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. However, once the product has been shipped, we can no longer cancel the order.

Returns (if applicable):

We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your return directly to the manufacturer.

Customers will be charged shipping fees (including return shipping costs) at most once. No restocking fee will be applied for returning a product.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a notification of receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be automatically credited to your credit card or the original payment method, which typically takes a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Next, reach out to your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund shows up. If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@healivra.com.

Return Shipping Costs:

If the return is initiated by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs. The exact fee depends on the shipping service provider you choose.

If the product is damaged or incorrect due to our error, the consumer will not incur any shipping costs in this case.
